Individual Therapy

My BACKGROUND & EXPERiENCE

I am a licensed mental health counselor (LMHC) with eight years of clinical experience with adults and adolescents.

I treat a broad spectrum of diagnoses and struggles, such as mood disorders, anxiety, PTSD, eating disorders, personality disorders, addiction, relationship issues and life transitions.

I am bilingual in English and Hebrew and provide services to clients seeking treatment in both languages.

I'm based in Boca Raton & Delray Beach in Palm Beach County, Florida. However, I am happy to provide services to people in need across the state of Florida via telehealth.

My main objective is to guide my clients in cultivating self-empowerment through the enhancement of their self-worth. The most fundamental component of a successful therapeutic alliance is connection. I choose to have your best interest in mind, as I aim to create an environment in which you feel safe, heard, and understood. I do not take your trust in me for granted, and I make sure I earn the privilege of getting to know you and your story. I approach our time together from a curious and non-judgmental perspective.

I believe that there is cause and effect to everything in life. There is a reason why we struggle the way we struggle. I also believe that people are capable of change. Knowledge is power, and once we understand ourselves better, we can resolve our struggles and build a meaningful life. I aim to guide you on a journey of discovering your authentic self.

I carefully attend to each client by implementing interventions that are uniquely targeted for his or her goals. My main objective as a clinician is to guide my clients in becoming their own therapists as they learn how to master effective skills and coping strategies on their own.

Our work together will be collaborative - we’re a team. My job is not to have the right answers, but to have the right questions. With insightful curiosity, I will shed light on your struggles in ways you may have never considered before. We will then find a way for you to connect with your Wise Mind, as you will feel empowered and confident since YOU have had the answers all along.
